Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced nerve system connection utilizing the most advanced chiropractic techniques.  These newer connection methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Elizabeth Davidson has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.  She uses a combination of Network Spinal
Analysis (www.wiseworldseminars.com),  Bio-Geometric Integration (www.bgiseminars.com),  Torque Release Technique (www.torquerelease.com),  and Toggle which is a precise high speed, low force adjustment technique.  This combination is extremely gentle and effective involving no twisting or cracking of the spine.

Network Spinal Analysis uses very gentle contacts to give the brain access to tension patterns it has created then lost track of.  In any situation we are in the brain sets up a method to manage it.  Some situations are too stressful for the brain to fully integrate, so the method it set up to manage the situation gets stuck and mucks up the communication between brain and body.  Network Spinal Analysis allow the brain to find the old methods and get rid of the ones that are not needed anymore so communication can work clearly again.  This also allows the brain to make stronger neural connections so that future stresses can be more easily integrated into the system allowing us to grow from rather than get bogged down by daily stresses.

Biogeometric Integration is a system of integrating all parts of the body, so that any adjustment or release of stress is felt through the whole system.  It is also very gentle and relaxing.

Torque release technique is a system of analysis and adjustment that is especially effective with people who hold high levels of stress in their nerve systems.  If indicated Dr. Elizabeth may use an instrument called the Integrator that gives a fast, specific impulse with torque to release high levels of tension.

Toggle is a form of adjustment very similar to the Integrator adjustment, but done with the hands. It is very high speed, but low force and gentle.

Dr. Elizabeth had developed this gentle combination of techniques to provide your nerve system with the ultimate care.  Every time you get adjusted here your brain gets smarter.  you leave with new methods of communication between your body's system so that you can function at a higher level and be closer to achieving your optimum life potential. 

Corrective Exercises and Stretches

We teach our patients special exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal connection. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge.
